W7ECW Special Event Station will be setting up at the eastern-most tip of Parking Lot 6, closest to the swap meet area on the south side of Grand Sierra Resort. It will be just southwest of the swap meet, near the emergency vehicles, communication vans and other static displays.

Mark Spencer is bringing his portable G5500 satellite rotor and Arrow antenna for the station so we will have a fully computerized satellite station with Doppler corrected radio and tracking antenna.  Turns out there will be lots of satellite passes Saturday morning and afternoon.

The station will set up early (0600) Saturday morning and operate as long as there is interest and at least until the swap meet finishes up at Noon.
